Terms & Conditions

• Use of an air-conditioned bus
• Toll fees & Driver’s Fee
• 24 Hour Travel Insurance per passenger
  

• We require 60% down payment upon signing of contract, 20% one week before the tour & the remaining 20% shall be paid on the day of the tour.
• In case of breakdown of unit, we will provide an immediate replacement of bus.
• That any damages or vandalism made inside the bus, such as damaging of curtains, upholsteries, etc. shall be accountable to the customer.
• Overloading beyond the authorized seating capacity shall not be allowed.
• Smoking, drinking liquor, taking prohibited drugs shall not be allowed while inside the bus.
• The agreed itinerary shall strictly be followed.
• Prices are based on existing rate of bus; any changes on their rates would mean adjustments on our prices as well. This is applicable prior to contract signing.
